KNIGHTS OF COLUMBUS
The Knights of Columbus are holding a raffle to support their Education Scholarship Fund for high school students. Each ticket is $1.00. A Knight will be selling these tickets after each Sunday Mass throughout the month of September. The raffle gives each raffle ticket holder a chance to win a new 2011 Mustang. Good luck!

BOWIE INTERFAITH PANTRY
Ascension Parish assists in this worthy effort to help those less fortunate by collecting non-perishable food items on the second Sunday of each month throughout the year. A box can be found in the vestibule of the Church for this purpose.

8 Hour Marathon from 8:00am to 4:00pm creating blankets for our soldiers to show our solidarity and support. Please bring the following: 2 pieces of fleece (1 solid, 1 print) (45"-62" Wide x 60"-80" Long); a ruler; Fabric Scissors

Annual Taste Feast
The Ladies Auxiliary of District #1 is sponsoring their Annual Taste Feast on Sunday, September 26th from 2:00-5:00pm in Bates Hall. Come sample delicious dishes made by the Ladies. The $12.00 tickets can be purchased at the doors.
