Our Lady Of Divine Providence

Dear friends,

It is with a great deal of excitement that we introduce ourselves to you. We are Fathers Tim Kitzke, Brian Mason and Michael Michalski and Archbishop Listecki has appointed us to serve the parishes of Old St. Mary, Our Lady of Divine Providence, Sts. Peter & Paul and Three Holy Women as a Pastoral Team. To put it simply, we are your new parish priests and we are thrilled to be given the opportunity to serve all of you.

In the weeks ahead, we will share more information with you about ourselves and about the areas of parish life that each of us will oversee. For now, we want you to know how you will be able to contact us.

Each of us will maintain one base office: Fr. Tim at Three Holy Women, Fr. Brian at Old St. Mary and Fr. Mike at Sts. Peter & Paul. However, we will work and have a presence in all four parish offices. Each of us will have a phone extension at each parish with voicemail. You may call any of the four parishes to leave a message for us. Our email addresses will also be listed in every weekend bulletin. In case of an emergency, you will find our cell phone numbers listed in the bulletin and we will include them in our voicemail messages as well.

We will always do our best to return your calls and emails in as timely a As we begin this new configuration, we believe that we stand on the threshold of a whole new life for the Catholic Community in our Riverwest, East Side and Downtown neighborhoods. Collaborating with Fr. Carl Last and the parishioners of the Cathedral of St. John the Evangelist, our four parishes have a unique opportunity to raise our Catholic life of worship, formation and outreach to new levels by learning new and more effective ways of working together. In order to accomplish this, we will count on the collaboration of our excellent parish staffs and parish councils and the prayers and investment of every parishioner.

We ask that you please remember us in your prayers in the weeks and months ahead. This is new for all of us. We will do our best to minimize the inevitable mistakes that will creep up along the way. We make a commitment to all of you that we will serve you to the best of our ability always.
